Admissions / Registration:

The Admissions/Registration Office is conveniently located at the main entrance (on Jane Lane).  The admission hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.- Monday through Friday.

Pre-registration-Inpatient / Outpatient:

For reduced wait time, we encourage you to call the Hospital at (254) 580-8987 so you may pre-register. 

The Admission clerk will require the following information: 

• Name, address, age, etc.
• License Number and/or Social Security Number
• Insurance information 

On the day of your appointment, you will need to: 

• Sign paperwork 
• Show verification of your insurance company(s), Medicare or Medicaid
• Pay any co-pays or deductibles, if owed

The registration process requires information and authorization for medical records and for financial arrangements.  All information will be handled under HIPAA guidelines of confidentiality.

Again, please bring any insurance materials including your insurance card(s) and/or Medicare/Medicaid cards. Other helpful information to bring with you includes: 

• Medical history (previous surgeries or medical conditions, allergies, etc.)
• A list of medications you take (inpatients should not bring their own medications).

• Senior Circle members will automatically be upgraded to a private room if one is available. 

All patients are admitted to Hill Regional Hospital without regard to race, creed, color, sex, religion, ancestry, sexual orientation, martial status, national origin, educational background or the source of payment for care.
